This website and the online appointment booking are operated on behalf of the controller by Kodawari OÜ (brand Ovirno) as processor.

The servers are located at Hetzner Online GmbH in the Falkenstein data centre, Germany. Your data and the backups do not leave the European Economic Area — with the single exception described below under “Notifications via Telegram”.

When these pages are opened, the server processes technical access data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and details of the browser. This data is necessary for the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), is not combined with other data and is deleted regularly.

For an appointment booking we process: your name, your telephone number, the treatment chosen, the time chosen and — if you provide them — your email address and your note. The email address is optional: we use it to send you the confirmation with the address and time and to remind you of the appointment the day before. Without an email address the booking works exactly the same.

The purpose is arranging and carrying out the appointment; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of it). We keep the details in the appointment history and delete them at your request, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.

If you send a course enquiry, we process: your name, your email address and, voluntarily, your telephone number and your note.

The basis is your consent, which you give expressly when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future — an informal email is enough. We use the details solely to answer your enquiry, and not for advertising to other recipients.

So that bookings and enquiries do not go unanswered, the owner can receive an instant notification via Telegram. In doing so, your name and your contact details are transmitted to Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) — that is, to a recipient outside the European Economic Area.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want this, please arrange your appointment by telephone.

These pages set no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. There is no tracking, no audience measurement, no advertising networks and no embedded social media plugins.

The fonts used are delivered by our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or to any other outside provider is established in the process, and your IP address is not transmitted there.

These pages contain links to WhatsApp, Instagram and to booking portals. If you click such a link, you leave this website and the data protection provisions of the respective provider apply. Data is transmitted there only when you click.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7(3)).

To do so, write informally to the email address given above. Independently of this, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
